AFRA Board of Directors
The AFRA Board of Directors drives the vision and long-term strategies of the association. Representing Regular Members in good standing, these leaders dedicate their expertise and personal time to advancing AFRA's mission.
AFRA's leadership is committed to a sustainable future, fostering a circular economy in aviation by prioritizing the reuse, recycling, and recovery of aircraft materials. The Board emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency, championing innovation and collaboration to shape the industry’s future responsibly.
Board Structure
- Elected Members: Nine (9), serving three-year terms.
- Appointed Members: Up to four (4), serving one-year terms.
- Term Limits: Maximum six (6) consecutive terms.
- Meetings: At least two in-person meetings annually, supplemented by regular calls.
