All AFRA members are subject to all membership and voting requirements specified in the AFRA Bylaws. Submitting this application constitutes that the signer has read and understands the AFRA Bylaws and agrees to the terms, goals and procedures described therein.

To apply for membership, please complete the form below. Your application will be reviewed by the AFRA team, and an invoice will be issued for the one-time initiation fee and annual dues based on your selected category.
