AFRA Form 0: End of Life Certificate

AFRA Form 0 is an End-of-Life Certificate used to document the permanent withdrawal and final disposition of an aircraft asset in accordance with the AFRA Best Management Practices (BMP).

AFRA Form 0 is provided as a recommended documentation format to support consistent recordkeeping. Organizations may continue to use their own End-of-Life Attestation or certification forms, provided they meet the applicable BMP documentation requirements.
